Delivery Information

Deliveries:

When you place an order on our shop, it is shipped within 24/48 hours by our teams.

It is important to note that shipping concerns the departure of your items from our suppliers' warehouses and their delivery to the carrier, and not the delivery which can take between 7 and 14 working days.

If you are not in Europe, think about a few more days before receiving your item.

Even if 95% of our packages are delivered within 10 days, delivery can take up to 3 to 5 weeks in case of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages (in view of the popularity of some of our products), weather conditions... )

If the delay seems long to you, don't worry, you can follow the progress of your order on the ORDER TRACKING page.

Important details:

When you place an order with different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers intervene. In addition, and to avoid high delivery costs due to too much delivery weight, the different items in the same order can be sent separately.

It is therefore quite normal that you can receive your items individually and at different times.
